1. Abstracts may be submitted for one of three categories: podium, poster, or student poster.
2. Oral and poster presentations should relate to ways research findings or evidence based projects contribute to quality outcomes.
3. Single author, transdisciplinary research and evidence projects are encouraged.
4. Presentations may be for completed projects or work in progress.
5. Submit a 2-3 paragraph abstract that consists of:
- Title
- Author(s) and contact information, Include all author's names, credentials and titles as you would like them to appear in the program brochure.
- Summary of project or study methodology
- Limitations/conclusions
- Implications for practice
- Applying for Oral Presentation or Applying for Poster Presentation
- Oral presentation learning objectives: what participants should expect to be able to do after the presentation.
- Posters must befreestanding for display on a 6' X 18" table which will be provided by Greenville Technical College

7. If accepted, at least one author must be available at the poster during poster session times to be available for questions and discussion with participants. Handouts and your contact information are recommended for attendees. Poster session times do not occur during any educational presentation at the conference
8. Conference registration fee will be waived for one author.
